V-8 Chicken Soup

BOIL WHOLE CHICKEN WITH SALT, PEPPER & GARLIC.

BONE CHICKEN.

BOIL IN BROTH: POTATOES, CARROTS, CELERY, ONION, BELL PEPPER.

ADD ONE CAN OF HOT & SPICY V-8 JUICE & CHICKEN. SPRINKLE WITH PARSLEY AND BASIL.

Taco Soup

  • 1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3 cans whole kernel corn
  • 2 cans Rotel
  • 2 cans chili beans
  • 1 pkg of Ranch dressing
  • 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
  • chopped onion to taste

Brown ground beef & onion together then drain. In crockpot add ground beef & above ingredients, turn on low & simmer all day turning occasionally.
