Cowboy Soup


  • 2 lb. hamburger

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 can whole kernel corn

  • 1 can mixed vegetables

  • 1 can ranch beans

  • 1 can chopped tomatoes

  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

  • 1 pkg. Spanish rice, precooked

  • 3 cans beef broth

  • 8 oz. tomato sauce

Brown hamburger and onion together until well cooked. Drain well. Add the remaining ingredients. Do not drain any of the vegetables. Add more broth or water as desired.
